Sabrina graduated from Augusta School of Massage in Evans, Georgia in 2012. She has kept a small, private practice since returning home to the Siouxland area in 2013 and opened The Zen Den in 2022.

Sabrina is well-versed in Swedish Massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and hot stone therapy. She provides a unique experience for each client by discussing expectations prior to each massage. 

When not practicing massage, Sabrina enjoys time with her daughter and dogs, hiking, morel mushroom hunting, camping, traveling, watching football, live music, amazing food, and good wine.
